Tools Plus

Going to miss Eric and his team I remember going to the store when I was a young kid with my step dad to look at tools and every year I had a great Santa list from everything I wanted from there lol. Sad that he is closing his doors for good in a week he had the best prices around and now that everything g is 30-50% off o boy I have a really big Santa list this year at age 40 !

I have made more than a few purchases from Tools Plus online and safe, quick delivery of a perfect tool whether new or reconditioned has always been a highly satisfactory experience. Thank you Tools Plus and your people that make that happen.

I initially had several satisfactory transactions with Tools Plus. Not so with my latest. I know the supply chain can be an issue but my dissatisfaction is also one of communication. I made a major purchase in mid-April 2022 knowing that there would be several months until my item would be available. On August 30th I contacted Tools Plus and was told "Your order is due to ship out within a week". I contacted Tools Plus again on October 17th and November 14 to determine any progress. To this day (January 11) their silence has been deafening.

These guys are a great place to buy tools online. I purchased a Foredom handpiece and had it delivered from East Coast to the Southwest in a few days. I never write reviews, but these guys deserve it.

BEWARE OF TOOLS PLUS They lost my nail gun due to FedEx delivering to the wrong address. They refuse to replace or refund. I’m now out $430 due to their negligence with no recourse since the tool WAS delivered. TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Now FedEx has refunded THEM. TWICE. So they have been paid 3 TIMES FOR THE TOOL I STILL DONT HAVE. Complete crooks
